Members of the Falklands Hospital Ship Reunion Group gather onboard P&O Cruises' Oriana in Southampton today, 35 years after the start of the conflict in the South Atlantic. Left to right: Steve Moutrey who was operating theatre staff, Mark Trasler who was a Chief Petty Officer Medical Technician, Captain Grahame Burton who was Chief Officer in charge onboard Uganda. Captain Burton was later appointed the Master of Oriana when she was being built and is a former Vice President of Princess Cruises. Nicci Pugh who was a Theatre Sister on the Hospital Ship Uganda, Maggie Freer who was Head Naval Nurse on the Uganda, Jon Strange who served as a Chief Petty Officer on HMS Sheffield when she was sunk and Robert "Ossie" Osborn, formerly of the 2nd Battalion Scots Guards. 50 former soldiers, sailors and nurses will spend the next four days cruising aboard Oriana to the Channel Islands.
