Out and About tackles a lack of outings for people in care settings due to social care funding cuts. Innovative model offers economies of scale on excursion planning, transport and conductors across care settings in an area.
80 Out and About minibuses will hit the road in first year thanks to £1.5million investment from Mike Parsons, Care and Wellbeing Fund and Nesta Impact Investments.
