Intrepid centenarian Doris Long MBE waves before abseiling down the 130 metre tall Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth today, on her 100th Birthday. She performed the feat to raise funds for local charity, The Rowans Hospice and it is her 15th abseil. Daring Doris took up abseiling at 85 and today broke her own record of being the oldest person to abseil. Picture date Sunday 18th May, 2014.
